Returns by Mail

All approved returns must be sent by mail. After contacting our customer support team, we will provide the correct return mailing address and detailed return instructions. Please do not mail any items until your return request has been approved.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error, a damaged item, or a confirmed manufacturer defect, we will cover the return shipping cost.

For other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs. A restocking fee of AED 5.00 per returned order may also be deducted from the refund amount for eligible non-defective returns.
